Beechwood jointed boards are produced out of lineary jointed lamellas, as well as cog-wedged boards so longitudinal. Beechwood jointed boards are produced of multiple width of single lamellas (be it jointed or longitudinal).
Standard „DIN EN 12775 Solid boards“ is used in production of beechwood boards.
Finished boards can be sanded upon request of a customer (GRINDING BANDS TEXTURE FROM 40 TO 100).
Maximal dimensions of longitudinal and cog-jointed beechwood boards:
Adhesive Rakoll GXL3 is used for joining of beechwood boards. This adhesive has attestation for group B3 / DIN 68602 corresponding to D3 european standard EN 205. Board‘s humidity during transport is max. 8 +/- 2%.
The boards are packed on pallets and protected on all sides against the effect of absorbing humidity by polythene.
