Types of sawn timber

Working on a modern band saw techlology in Hostouň we produce boards, lamellas, construction timber of all sorts of assorted coniferous and broadleaved timber up to the length of 5 m.

• Max.lenght 5 m.
• Min. lenght 2 m.
• Max. diameter 110 cm.
• Annual sawing in a shift 30 solid cubic meters.

Wood Processing - Technology

The process of log debarking proceeds on BAJLER - Zembrod Machine, having an integrated reduction for root swellings and then passing through an electronically measuring frame.

The key machine in the cutting hall is a band saw-trade mark EBB - V 1800/1 / EWD product/ with double toothed band saw.

BNK 225 / another EWD product / is a multi - purpose eguipment for both, edging as well as deep cutting of timber.

The combination of those two machines enables us to cut logs of up to 120 cm in diameter and 5 m in length.
